Restrictions Last Updated: Mon, 18 Jan 21 16:32:20 +0000
General Exhibition Rules Last Updated: Mon, 18 Jan 21 16:32:20 +0000
Exhibitions are divided into two regions, EU and NA, although they are not region-locked. This means that teams are able to play in both regions, however we require that teams use a different name if competing in multiple regions, as this prevents teams that are able to attend both regions from being at significant advantage. You are allowed to use the same rosters for both regions.
When signing up for Exhibitions, we expect you to finish all scheduled games for that day. If you leave early, before all scheduled games have finished, you will receive a warning, and if this behaviour continues, more serious punishments may be incurred including (but not limited to) point deduction, temporary ban (time or number of sessions), permanent ban.
We advise players and teams to take extra precautions to ensure that game codes are not shared outside of the group of participants that are registered for the game, as this may incur punishments including (but not limited to) warning(s), point deduction, temporary ban (time or number of sessions), permanent ban depending on severity and intention.
Registration Last Updated: Mon, 18 Jan 21 16:32:20 +0000
Registration is opened and announced through our Discord Server and will include Date, Deadline, URL for signup form, and any other relevant information for the session.
Registration is on a first-come-first-serve basis. Teams are signed up in the order that they submit their information. If there are no slots available when your team registers, your team will be placed on a Waiting List and will be contacted if a slot becomes available.
Rosters Last Updated: Mon, 18 Jan 21 16:32:20 +0000
Team Rosters are expected to be submitted by the Team Leader or a Manager, by filling in the required information in the announced Form URL. This is to ensure that there is only one submission per team containing all of the correct information.
Teams are required to have 3 players to begin playing in Exhibitions. You are also allowed to submit 2 substitutes, however this is not required.
Substitutes can be used at any point during Exhibitions if you are unable to fill slots within your team.
If one of your teammates drops out during the Exhibition and you do not have any available substitutes, you are allowed to continue playing as a duo, however it is recommended that you ensure that there are available substitutes at all time.
Check-ins Last Updated: Mon, 18 Jan 21 16:50:26 +0000
Check-ins are done through our Discord Server, and require ONE user per team to send a message in the specified format to the designated channel.
Instant Game Rule Evaluation Last Updated: Mon, 18 Jan 21 16:50:26 +0000

We recommend that you enable a stream delay in order to mitigate stream-sniping, however it is not required. We are not responsible for any stream-sniping that results from lack of stream delay, however we may take action.

Match Information Last Updated: Mon, 18 Jan 21 18:03:17 +0000
Match Codes are sent out 5-10 minutes before the scheduled start of each game and will be set up to allow fast transitions between matches to ensure prompt game start times.
Teams have 2-5 minutes to join the next match after the previous game has ended and the code has been sent out.
Hosts are authorized to begin the game before all teams/players have joined to preserve start times.
If a team drops out or doesn't show up for more than 2 games, they will be replaced by a team from the waiting list.
If you know you will not be able to finish all of the games, please contact your host to let them know, otherwise you may be punished for not showing up.
If you need support for a specific match, go to #exhibition-information in the Discord Server and contact the relevant host for your match.
